The specified bonus, unless otherwise indicated, completely replaces the numbered skill/sequence directly above it.

Swing Height and body position is defined as:
Forward - The line from the shoulders to feet with body position hollow.
Backward - The line from the shoulders to feet with body position in a tight arch.

  1. From a straight arm hang, pull up to a flexed arm hang

    Performance Guidelines: The gymnast's head must remain between the rings throughout the required momentary hold.

    Specified Bonus: From a flexed arm hang in #1, lower to a straight arm hang and then pull up to a second flexed arm hang (momentary hold required, hold allowed)

  2. Lower to straight arm hang; raise legs to hanging "L"

    Performance Guidelines: A 2 second hold on the hanging "L" is required.

  3. "Drop" legs and swing backward

    Performance Guidelines: The backward swing must be at 45° below horizontal.

  4. Swing forward to horizontal
  5. Swing backward to horizontal
  6. Swing forward to straight body inverted hang

    Performance Guidelines: A momentary hold of the inverted hang is required.

  7. Lower legs to piked body inverted hang

    Performance Guidelines: A momentary hold of the piked inverted hang is required, a hold is allowed.

    Specified Bonus: Extending from the pike position to a back lever prior to lowering to long hang (German hang) position (A hold is allowed on the back lever, but only a momentary hold required to receive bonus.)

  8. Lower to long hang position (German hang)

    Performance Guidelines: A 2 hold of the long hang position (German hang) is required.

  9. Drop to landing
