Welcome

USA Gymnastics is the national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States, with close to 100,000 gymnasts and 20,000 coaches and gymnastics professionals registered with USAG.

USA Gymnastics is in charge of training and selecting the U.S. Gymnastics Teams for the Olympics and World Championships each year. This makes involvement with the USAG Junior Olympic Program a vital part of any gymnast's career, which is why I have added this section to my Men's Gymnastics site.

This site contains rules, regulations, routines, and materials pertaining to the USAG JO Men's Program. It is NOT a substite, nor is it affiliated with the USA Gymnastics web site in any way, and should NOT be considered an official source for any USA Gymnastics materials.

Due to the nature of the sport, this information is constantly being updated, so none of the rules, regulations, routines, or materials should be considered a supplement for the original documents of USA Gymnastics.

All materials provided by this site for informational use ONLY.

If you notice any page that has incorrect information on it, please .
